Privacy practices for manyside’s free study-planning pilot.
Last updated October 19, 2026. For privacy questions or requests to remove your account and saved studies, contact manyside.contact@gmail.com.
What is stored
Google Identity Platform manages your email, account identifiers and password authentication. Signed-in studies, their inputs, simulated responses and results are saved in private Google Cloud Storage, with access restricted to your account. Authorized operators can access service data for support and security.
Browser storage
Your session and study drafts use this browser tab’s session storage. Signing out clears the account session and draft. Reviews require a signed-in account. Files you export remain where you save them.
Generating responses
AI reviews send the study brief and simulated reviewer context through OpenRouter for model processing. Avoid sensitive personal information and material you are not entitled to share.
Service operation
Google Cloud hosts the service. Hosting and authentication logs may contain connection metadata. We do not install advertising pixels or sell study content.
Optional usage analytics
When enabled and you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits and basic actions such as signing in and starting or completing a study. Analytics cookies distinguish browser visits. We send fixed page names and broad usage categories, not study text, responses, email addresses, account identifiers, run identifiers, URL query strings or search text. Advertising signals are disabled. You can decline or change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer; the application still works. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track requests keep this optional tracking off. Google processes connection and device metadata when analytics is allowed.
Retention and deletion
You can delete saved studies in Saved runs. Contact us to request account deletion. Minimal usage receipts are retained for billing and abuse prevention. Provider security logs and backups may have separate retention periods.
